S.C.A.T.S. Hockey Program
Bring out your power line or 4 friends to learn some 'real time' game scenarios. Team SCATS (Skating, Conditioning, Agility, Tenacity, & Shooting) is a high energy total workout that emphasizes all the main skills required by forwards and defensemen to play the game at a high level! A must for any team looking to improve their on ice synergies together! the SCATS Program offers 5, 10 and 20 session packages that 5 players can participate in. You can either choose the sessions you want to learn or let our highly trained staff select a program that will fit your needs.
Included with the 20 session package is an off site team evaluation where one of our coaching staff will go out to your game and complete a team analysis. This information will be useful for the complete customizing future programs for your team.
